“Prime Fest has been a dream of ours for so long now, that we can’t believe the time has finally arrived to give Joburg the very best music and lifestyle festival!” says Prime Circle frontman, Ross Learmonth.
With the help of some friends, Prime Circle have managed to put together a powerhouse of musical acts for Prime Fest, which takes place on 10 November at Casalinga in Muldersdrift. The line-up includes some of SA’s top acts across a variety of genres from rock to rap to dance in English, Zulu and Afrikaans – Riky Rick, Majozi, Jo Black, Mafikizolo, GoodLuck, Fokofpolisiekar, Timo ODV and Martin Bester and Band will join PRIME CIRCLE on stage.
Apart from the star-studded music line-up, festivalgoers will be spoilt for choice on the day: there will be a wide range of food stalls, the Just Haven’s unique Nomadic spa (trained therapists will be available for Indian Head Massage, Neck & Shoulder Massage, Hand Massage & Foot Massage), children’s play area and other activities for the entire family.
Gates open at 10h00, with the first performance commencing at 11h00. No beverages or food will be allowed to be brought onto the premises (refreshments will be on sale at the venue). Blankets, chairs and umbrellas will be allowed, however, chairs and umbrellas will be restricted to certain areas so as not to obstruct the stage sightlines for other patrons.
Tickets are still available from Computicket and patrons are encouraged to collect their tickets from a Computicket outlet prior to the event in order to avoid queues on the day. Door sales will be available on the day at R280 per person for general access. Children under 3 are admitted free.
