This pop up bar was dedicated to giving whiskey connoisseurs an experience of the many ways one can enjoy Johnnie Walker Black whether neat, with a mixer, or in a cocktail for those who likes their drinks with a bit of sexiness. With Johnnie Walker encapsulating everything that is cool, sleek, smooth and classy there was no choice but to add additional dates to the already sold out pop up bar. Everyone deserved a true #JWCodeBlack experience.
Young award winning illustrator, Karabo Poppy was a natural choice for collaboration as she speaks to the Johnnie Walker consumer, inspiring personal progress along the way. The brand’s vision was to bring to life her story of personal progress through an illustrative piece on Johnnie Walker’s symbol of progress – The Striding Man. She pushed the limits and beautifully epitomized key brand characteristics being: Pioneering (how she’s pushed boundaries, remained determined and took risks in her personal journey), Optimistic (what keeps her walking moving forward despite obstacles) and Stylish (Her personal style sense).
The #JWCodeBlack pop-up bar is a great evening out socializing with people that are constantly striving for excellence, be sure not to miss out. The additional dates included will be operating every Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 4pm to 11pm until and including the 5th July 2018.
