Body Worlds Vital is something all should attend.
It’s easy to miss it because it doesn’t seem to appeal to most but once you’re inside, you’ll understand why everyone should attend.
In a brief summary, not to give away too much, it’s a journey through the human body with various actual bodies on display. The identities are protected and all the bodies were donated. The exhibition highlights the importance of healthy eating, exercise and so forth not forgetting the various diseases, lifestyle choices and illnesses that we’ve come to know.
It should take you an average time 90 minutes to get through the exhibition and it’s also quite interactive.

All I can say though is attend, attend and attend. I gained so much knowledge and i’m probably going to change my lifestyle because of it.
