To celebrate Rocking the Daisies’ 10th anniversary edition this year, Caribbean Twist has announced its sponsorship of the Beach Bar – and along with it an incredible lineup of top international and local DJ’s.
The Caribbean Twist Beach Bar is a favourite stage for many festivalgoers. Packed day and night with fun-loving party people in shorts, tank tops, bikinis and with sand between their toes, the Beach Bar will be the best place to hang out.
Caribbean Twist and Rocking the Daisies are excited to announce two international headline artists for the Beach Bar this year: Australia’s Thomas Jack and Brazil’s Vintage Culture.
Bringing jazz orchestras for a unique style that appeals to the masses, Thomas Jack is a developing artist who never ceases to amaze. Expect an electric set filled with sax, flutes, trumpets, and almost every kind of instrument you can imagine. Known for his hit single ‘Final Speech’, other successful tracks include his stellar remix of ‘Little Talks‘ for Of Monsters and Men as well as the extra smooth remix for Adrian Lux’s hit single ‘Teenage Crime‘.
Brazilian producer Lukas Ruiz has dedicated himself to creating a unique brand of Nu-Disco that focuses on blending the sounds of retro synth-pop with the innovative feels of the modern Deep House/Nu-Disco scene. He began combining elements of these styles with the sexy rhythmic feels of the Brazilian dance scene and became the much-loved DJ that is Vintage Culture.
