STEP is a vibrant and playful take on a beloved South African tradition, the dance we all share at family gatherings. To “step” is to move together, have fun and celebrate unity.
Lucille and Una Rams bring a fresh perspective with this music offering, blending smooth RnB melodies with lively Afro Popelements that capture the spirit of the continent beautifully.
“The aim is not to sweat, just step. Step is a smooth, sexy take on dancing together, “yetsa step” reimagined in a song by two of South Africa’s most innovative songwriters. I have worked with Una on quite a few songs, and I am really glad this is the one that came out. It was the easiest to make and feels like a song I have always wanted to create, one that gets my people dancing”, excitingly expresses Lucille.
