South Africa’s biggest youth music and lifestyle festival bolsters its international and local lineup with its Phase 2 artist announcement, upping the ante for what promises to be an unforgettable rite of passage for the country’s youth.
In Phase 2, the international lineup kicks off with a Top100 DJ in 2016, over 1 million plays on Soundcloud and more than 10 years in the business, Brazil’s ALOK will take to the Sound Factory stage with his techno-influenced beats and house music groove. Hailing from Spain, Sons of Maria will bring their deep, tech house to the Sound Factory along with Brazil’s Shapeless duo to mix styles and deconstruct musical patterns. Key figures in the Brazilian electronic music scene, RDT, Israeli Class A along with France’s Boogie Vice will also join the Rage Festival stage this year. Joining the massive local lineup is Chunda Munki, AKA, Timo ODV, Grimehouse, PH Fat, Pascal and Pearce, Das Kapital, Funky G, Kyle Cassim, Pop Art Live, Crazy White Boy Live, Amigo, Bombsquad, Trademarc, Sliqe, Nate Shugga, KDC, Huckfinn, Hendrik Joerges, Guy Herman and many more.
The epic Phase 1 international and local lineup included TroyBoi, Vintage Culture, Brynny, Ghost Rider, Niskerone, Kyle Watson, Trancemicsoul, Vimo, Capital, Chrizz Beatz, Jay Roberts, Dean Fuel, Mogey, Kyle Worde, Cinnimin, Essential Groove, Mr Green, Rikay, Erebus, Kollective Kulture, Pimp Squad, Chris Taylor, Vin Groovin, Syzo, Ryan Stylz, Royal K and Ray Squared.

Passports are not for sale to persons under the age of 18. Attendees need to be 18 at the start of Rage on 26 November 2016 to be granted access to the festival and venues.
