
Universal Music South Africa announces that they will be signing not just the winner of season 2 of the reality TV show, Craig Lucas, but fellow top Top Seven contestants; runner-up Josh Ansley as well as Caroline Grace and Johan “Fatman” Brummer. In addition to this, Armand Joubert has also been signed to the record label.
All five of the artists come from very different musical backgrounds and Universal Music is extremely excited to work with each of the artists and assist them on their musical journey. After having proved their singing competency on the reality talent show The Voice South Africa, the five contestants have been signed to the label which also includes a live booking contract with Universal Music Live a division of Universal Music Group through which the five artists will be groomed and nurtured for a career in the world of music!

After winning Craig Lucas went straight into studio and this week will see the release of his first original single, “I Said This,” with his full-length album set for release later this year.
