Tshwane, South Africa – This Saturday, 7 March 2026, history will be made in the capital as Wonder Fest transforms Wonderboom National Airport into a full-scale cultural runway – marking the first time a festival of this kind takes place directly on the airport tarmac.
Under the theme “The Flight Experience – Not Flying But Elevating Culture,” Wonder Fest in partnership with Courvoisier, FlyingFish, Graham Beck, Vuse, Gordons, Don Julio, Johnny Walker and Redbull; reimagines the airport space as a destination for music, fashion, food, and community – creating a one-day lifestyle experience unlike anything Tshwane has seen before.
As the City of Tshwane proudly hosts this inaugural edition, at Wonderboom Airport which celebrates its 90th anniversary – Wonder Fest positions itself as a flagship cultural moment for the capital – celebrating the city’s youth energy, creativity, and evolving music scene in a bold and ambitious setting.
