Since its release two weeks ago, Mary Jane has been causing a buzz on social media with fans going as far as labelling Yung Swiss the South African hook master! Mary Jane debuted on the YFM Hot 99 Hip Hop chart this morning at number #9 and is expected to quickly climb up the chart on YFM as well as other youth urban radio stations.
Mary Jane was produced by Playground Productions, to which Yung Swiss is signed, and also features rising Hip Hop star A-Reece and seasoned rapper Maggz who all did justice in their delivery of verses on the song.
Known for his insane hooks and impeccable delivery of verses, the extremely talented rapper from Rosettenville, south of Johannesburg, is proving that 2017 is definitely his year.
Dubbed as South Africa’s newest game changer, Yung Swiss has hit the ground running in 2017. Following the successful release of his highly acclaimed #BottomBabyEP, Yung Swiss has released three chart topping radio singles from the EP namely: Locked Up ft Stanley Enow, The High and Jungle ft K.O. Yung Swiss was named by MTV Base as an act to watch out for this year and he features on Moozlie’s latest single titled Ride Or Die which is also charting on radio stations across the country.
