SA talent joins the world in welcoming the new taste of tropical luxury
For three luxurious days, four of South Africa’s premier personalities and most versatile talents – musical superstars Da L.E.S and DJ Dimplez, acclaimed designer David Tlale, and TV host Bonang Matheba – celebrated their arrival on the global stage during the worldwide launch of Cîroc Pineapple in Mauritius last week.
Highlights from the launch event – which was billed as “bringing tropical luxury to Africa” – included a signature all white party at Beach Rouge at the five star Lux Hotel, lunch at the famous L’ile Plate, as well a party on board a catamaran, tasting paradise with Cîroc cock-tails.
“I knew I had arrived the day I became a Cîroc ambassador. The event in Mauritius was simply spectacular and really placed Africa at the forefront of tropical luxury” says DJ Dimplez who will be releasing music off his new album, Zeal, in coming weeks.
During the unparalleled celebration’s grand finale – held at Chasse de Constance, Belle Mare – Da L.E.S and DJ Dimplez performed on stage and wowed guests with a surprise per-formaces and we were also joined by Nigerian artists and fellow Cîroc Circle ambassadors, Nigerian artists Banky W and D’Banj.
Acclaimed South African designer David Tlale and TV host Bonang Matheba were in also attendance.
